Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok

The environment is great, clean, and spacious. The room was tidied up perfectly every day. There are two entrances: one for calling a taxi and the other with stairs. It's a 7-minute walk straight to the BTS station, and along the way, there's a large 7-Eleven with a great variety of food options! 👍🏻👍🏻

The rooms are spacious and family-friendly for those with children, featuring two 1.5-meter beds. Breakfast is free for children under 12. It's very close to the BTS, and across the street at All Seasons Place, there's a 7-Eleven and a fairly large Tops supermarket. There are also street food stalls nearby, making it very convenient. If you have a lot of luggage, you can take the shuttle bus from the Conrad across the street.

The room appeared clean and tidy, but it was actually quite unhygienic. The duvet and bathrobes clearly had red stains, and there was hair on the towels when I unfolded them. The bathroom wasn't cleaned during daily housekeeping, and the floor drain was severely clogged. On the positive side, there was complimentary bottled water daily, and the service was prompt. They also offer parking and shuttle service to the subway station. The location is convenient, with the subway, 7-Eleven, and a food court all about a 10-minute walk away. However, the cleanliness was a major issue. I've included photos of the hotel, 7-Eleven, and food court, but I'm not sharing the unflattering pictures of the hotel.

The hotel isn't large, but it's surrounded by all sorts of amenities, making it super convenient for massages and dining. There's also a small shopping complex across the street in the Conrad's podium building, which is really handy. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service to BTM, though it's only a few minutes' walk anyway. We booked a family room with two queen-sized beds (1.5m), and it was very spacious. Breakfast was a bit on the simple side, but overall, it offers great value for money.

Service: 💯, especially JJ at the front desk. She told us all the details when we checked in, which was great. Cleanliness: Newly renovated, spacious, comfortable, and very clean – excellent. Facilities: Only a 5-minute walk from the BTS, very convenient. I mentioned it was my birthday, and they sent a cake which was delicious and thoughtful. I'll definitely come back again, fantastic!

The location is great, not far from the MRT station, and about a ten-minute walk to Central. There are two 7-Eleven stores downstairs. The front desk staff and servers were all excellent. I booked a suite which only came with two breakfasts, but they kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. Nearby, there's a street with delicious grilled chicken and refreshing mangosteen smoothies. The rooftop pool offers a nice view, and I even saw a rainbow on my last night! 🌈

My stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok was absolutely delightful. The location is superb, offering easy access to CentralWorld and the Siam shopping district. Plus, there's a convenient store right downstairs for any last-minute needs. The European castle-style lobby has a great ambiance, and the guest rooms are spotless with comfortable bedding and reliable hot water around the clock. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with its city views, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, and the staff's service was excellent. I had to leave a day early due to a typhoon and needed to cancel my last night's booking. The front desk staff immediately spoke with the manager after understanding the situation. The manager agreed to the cancellation without hesitation, but it couldn't be processed directly through the platform. They assured me they would contact the platform and confirm their agreement to the cancellation. My order was canceled for free very quickly. Later, when my flight was delayed, I requested a late check-out. They immediately extended it to 1:30 PM without any fuss, which was incredibly nice. Every time I waited for a taxi, the doorman would confirm the license plate number and color with me and help me verify it when I got in the car. I'd honestly give this hotel 100 points! Housekeeping was also very prompt; my room was always clean when I returned.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean. For the price, it offered excellent value for money and was definitely worth it! Merry and Maew at the front desk were incredibly helpful! A big thank you to these two lovely ladies!
