Atour Hotel IFS Chunxi Road Chengdu

A really busy location. Had to switch rooms few times because of smell and A/C issue, however front desk was super nice and switched me to another room right away. Hotel is a bit on the older side compared to the other Atour hotels I've stayed at.

Everything good! And I really appreciate the laundry service provided in this hotel. Location also good as famous IFS is within walking distance. If feel lazy to walk, just grab Didi.

Clean room, no smoking or any weird odors. We felt like the hotel amenities are well thought and really useful for us. On a low day, we used the gym and did our laundry. The 2nd floor is a great lay down area. The alley at the back of the hotel also has a variety of restaurants and convenient stores. The hairdryer is Dyson level. The pillow is magical and now I can see why they sell their pillows at the lobby.

Atour has always been my go to hotel chain in China! Their rooms are always very clean. Their pillows are what made me always go back to them. Got the same pillow for my home and definitely not gonna have backaches! Location: Centralized location near to Chunxi Road, about 300m away by foot. Anywhere else is easily accessible by Didi. Hotel lobby is very clean. I chose the room facing the road, some slight noises but perfectly fine for me. Room is big snd clean. Front desk service is very nice and accommodating. And you get a mini panda! Remember what Chengdu is for!

We really loved our room, and the view was absolutely incredible. They also have free laundry service, which was such a nice bonus. The staff were very attentive and helpful — they even helped us order food!
