Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Shanghai Pudong International Airport)

This is my second stay at the Yunhe Yebo Hotel, and I definitely have to give it a full 5-star rating. My first stay was last summer at the Yunhe Yebo Wild Animal Park branch, and this time it was at the Pudong Airport branch. Both times, the service felt absolutely 5-star. This time, I chose the Pudong Airport branch because my family of four had a lot of luggage, and our flight was departing at 11:50 PM. After a long search on Trip.com, this was the only hotel that offered shuttle services for such extended hours; most other hotels' last shuttle was usually by 6 PM. I pre-booked the shuttle service with the hotel, and everything went very smoothly. The staff even helped with our luggage, so I didn't have to lift a finger. When we checked in, a dedicated staff member brought our luggage to the room and explained all the room's features and functions. During our stay, two minor mishaps occurred. First, I had all my pre-ordered online purchases sent to the Wild Animal Park branch where I stayed last year. I realized my mistake when I arrived at the airport branch! The kind front desk staff helped me contact the Wild Animal Park branch, located all my packages, and arranged for them to be transferred over. The second incident happened when we left a backpack in the lobby before heading to the airport. About five minutes after the shuttle bus departed, we realized the bag was missing. The driver immediately contacted the front desk, pulled over near the hotel, and a hotel staff member came running to deliver it to us. The temperature in Shanghai that day was 38 degrees Celsius, and even at 8 PM, it was quite physically demanding for the young man, dressed in long sleeves, pants, and formal shoes, to run that distance, especially since the bus was already quite a ways from the hotel. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the driver and the front desk staff member on duty that day! The hotel's breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as hot and cold dishes. Dining options nearby are also very convenient; you can find all sorts of restaurants within walking distance. We went to a barbecue place called 'Bu Er Jia,' and the food was incredibly authentic, with very fresh ingredients. If I have the chance, I will definitely choose to stay at Yunhe Yebo Hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai!

The room was super clean and spacious, the service was very warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. The surrounding facilities were complete, and there was a shuttle bus service. Plus, a robot delivered our takeout right to the room! They even had a free painted fan souvenir activity in the lobby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Booked this hotel for a family trip to Pudong Airport. They offer airport shuttle service and it's conveniently located near both Pudong Airport and Disneyland. The lobby provides complimentary coffee and tea, and there's a gym and self-service laundry room. The staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and bright. Breakfast is excellent, the decor is stylish, and it offers great value for money.

The room was clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was prompt, and they even called each room to let us know. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety, and we even received a complimentary lacquered fan as a souvenir. My overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely be back.
