Like lipstick on a pig. The photos online paint a very different picture than reality. The hotel clearly spent more on photography than construction. Not worth the price at all. Positives: - Service was decent enough. We were welcomed with a tea but then had to wait about 20 minutes for our room to be ready despite arriving well after the 2pm check in time. - Buffet breakfast was varied and the staff were helpful. - Mattress was comfortable (8/10) Negatives: - The decor in this hotel is so cheap and ugly. In the photos it looks modern and chic but in reality it is clear that they used the cheapest possible furniture, labor, finishes, and construction materials. - The bathroom had a bathtub that wasn’t firmly attached to the ground. Why? - The construction was so poor in the bathroom that water pooled in the corner because they didn’t install the drains or tile correctly. - None of the drawers open in the room. They’re all just facades. Again, why? Overall recommendation to the hotel: - Hire an inspector before opening to the public. - Fire your contractor.

We were staying with a group of 14 people, including young children and the staff at l’heritage made our stay so easy. They not only managed to accomodate our individual needs but helped us with storing luggage for 2 days while we were away & giving us real advice about the city & what to do. The staff all spoke perfect English and made an effort to get to know us. Breakfast was great and we even ate dinner a couple times at the restaurant which we all really enjoyed. The hotel environment is good, the staff is friendly and helpful especially the receptionist
