Park Hyatt Guangzhou

Location: Central area, very close to the Pearl River, within walking distance. Room facilities: Since it's been open for 10 years, the outdated room facilities are quite noticeable compared to when it first opened. However, overall maintenance is still good, and the room space is great. I especially like the separate design of the toilet and shower. Breakfast: The food quality is relatively good, and the service is excellent. Gym and swimming: The gym isn't very large, but it's decent. The pool environment and view are fantastic.

The room facilities were outdated, and the AC was so loud that it disrupted our sleep. Soundproofing was terrible—we could clearly hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made getting a good night's rest impossible. Some equipment was broken, and maintenance was very slow to respond. Upon check-in, the cleanliness was awful: there was hair on the bed, visible dust in the corners, an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and the toiletries were extremely basic. Housekeeping was completely inadequate, making our stay uncomfortable and uneasy. Extremely disappointed that we didn't even get basic cleanliness for the price we paid.

The room layout was good, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The Le Labo Bergamote toiletries were a nice touch. Our butler, Carina, was very responsive and had an excellent attitude.

Stayed at the Park Hyatt during the National Day holiday. My request for an upgrade was denied, and I ended up paying for a room upgrade (with a view of the Canton Tower). The room's amenities were subtle and understated, and breakfast was excellent. While it's a high-rise swimming pool, its shape and length were rather mediocre. As for sleeping, it was very comfortable, I think even more so than the Mandarin Oriental. The band at the rooftop bar was good, and there was a guy who played the guitar quite well.

The hotel boasts an elegant and grand style, with clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The room service is attentive and meticulous. You can tell the hotel is run with great care from the details. I highly recommend the Yue Bar on the top floor and the spa area. The breakfast is also quite unique.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, offering an excellent and convenient location. The room views are also fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is perfectly balanced between relaxation and energy. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful and meticulously designed room lighting, which was simply perfect. Breakfast was also superb, and the service was incredibly attentive. While some of the room facilities were a bit dated and could use an upgrade, it didn't detract from my overall stay.

The room's hygiene was absolutely terrible. The linens looked unclean, and after sleeping, my skin was itchy all over. The carpet was dirty and messy, and there was a strong musty smell in the room that wouldn't go away, making the environment damp and oppressive. A hotel like this can't even manage basic cleanliness and is definitely not worth the price. I strongly advise against staying here.

Came to this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. The front desk service was quite efficient, didn't have to wait long, and they even upgraded us to a Guangzhou Tower view room for free! The view was spectacular! We thought they'd only send a birthday cake, but they also sent a bottle of sparkling wine! I borrowed a power bank from the lobby, and when it was full, I couldn't return it myself. The front desk even arranged for someone nearby to return it for me, so thoughtful! The hotel swimming pool is also beautiful! As a vegetarian, my wife said this was the most satisfying breakfast she's ever had! The location is excellent, close to Huacheng Square, Guangzhou Library, Guangdong Museum, and there are several large shopping malls right next to the hotel, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options! It's also very close to the subway station. Overall, we were basically very satisfied!

The room was great, meeting the standards of a holiday resort hotel. The service was top-notch, the environment was quiet and clean, and transportation was convenient. Our butler, Carina, provided warm and thoughtful service.
