Accessible to food establishments and souvenir shops and they have a very spacious room. So cool and clean.

I booked a room at Hanvet Hotel through a booking platform. However, on the day of check-in, the hotel informed me that they were fully booked and arranged for me to stay at another nearby hotel instead. I was quite surprised by this, but the alternative hotel actually had better facilities and equipment. The only downside was that there was usually no staff on duty at the front desk.

Extremely dissatisfied with the female staff. At 11:30 AM, why did a female staff member dare to open the door and enter my room? The 'Do Not Disturb' sign was clearly displayed. Why would a female staff member dare to open the door and enter at 11:30 AM? This is simply uncivilized behavior.

Pros: 1. Near city center 2. Lots of food choices just outside hotel Cons: 1. Limited reception availability - most hotels have receptionists about 24/7 - this hotel does not and comes mostly by chance. 2. Hotel location is accessible BUT is inside a narrow alley so if you have elderly companions or if you did like a bunch of heavy shopping, you need to walk a good minute before reaching the hotel. 3. We requested our room to be cleaned BUT no one arrived. 4. Since we had a bunch of luggage we had to carry them since they did not offer trolleys. Not sure if this is more suited to be a hotel but rather a hostel that is much more fitting for backpackers who have limited stuff to carry.

Definitely avoid the single rooms. What they show in the photos is completely different from the actual room, it's a scam. Also, the single rooms aren't in the same building as 'Hanvet Boutique Hotel'; instead, you're directed to a 2.6-star room in the adjacent building, 'Gem Premier Hotel & Spa'. The room itself was old, dirty, and absolutely terrible. Plus, there's a massage parlor downstairs, so the noise is unbearable.

The room was clean and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. The service was excellent, with staff being helpful and attentive throughout. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to many attractions, making it easy to get around.
