The Zen Garden room offers great views of the city skyline, and the hotel itself is pleasant with friendly staff. However, the cleanliness fell short of expectations. After walking around the room, my white socks were noticeably dirty. There were visible spots and stains on the couch, as well as stray body hair in the bathroom.

The environment is great. We stayed in a pool access room, so the pool was right outside our door. The pool was a bit cold in winter; it would have been perfect if it were heated. I wouldn't recommend this room type if you're not planning to swim. Getting around isn't super convenient, you can only take taxis. I'd recommend it for groups traveling together. There's a Big C supermarket not too far away where you can buy daily necessities. It's not close to the tourist attractions, but since we took taxis everywhere, it wasn't a big deal. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city, this quiet place is definitely worth considering.

Hygiene: It was fairly clean, but the pool and hot tub weren't very clean. Service: Excellent! They opened doors for us when we came and went, and our luggage was brought up to our room. Facilities: There's a 24-hour tuk-tuk service, which we used for all our comings and goings! Just call and it arrives. The BBQ stall in front of 7-Eleven is delicious!

This hotel was better than expected. Room was very large with seperate kichen area and lounge. They do offer a smoking level if you do smoke. Room was always clean, pool and hot spa was clean and well sized. Pool is mid way up the building so also a lovely view. A wonderful touch is the hotel has its own tuktuks shuttling guests to the nearest BTS station free of charge. We had a great time and would use this hotel again and again.

Stayed one night at Jasmine 59 Hotel in Bangkok with a friend and had a great experience. We booked a twin room with two single beds and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our short stay very enjoyable. A lovely stay and great value overall.

Great convenient location, though the geographical positioning on Trip.com was incorrect; Google Maps showed the right spot. The pool is huge, and the hot spring facilities are excellent. The biggest surprise was breakfast – the braised pork rice was absolutely delicious, I'd definitely have it again! Across the street is a high-rise bar, the same one Jackson Wang visited, and the view is exactly as pictured.
