Courtyard Portland Downtown/Waterfront

The pool was closed for renovations, which would have been nice to know before we booked this hotel.

The beds were broken horribke the springs could be seen and felt they don’t care of fix it’s ashamed

The prepares awesome Avocado toast breakfast for me daily. She's personal and very good kind hearted employee that deserves appreciation and recognition.

Pool was very busy as we arrived on a holiday weekend. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Shower was HOT. Great stay

We enjoyed our room very much. The room was large and spacious, but mostly we loved looking out at the harbor in the evening and the next morning. The valet parking was an added convenience even though there was a fee, but totally worth it. We plan to return to this property again,

I booked this hotel as a family of 4 because of the indoor pool. When I checked in, I was not informed of the pool being out of order. If I were told that, I would have made other plans right then and there. My daughter got dressed and ready for the pool only to find a sign on the pool door. Out of order. When I asked the front desk it was pretty much “oh yeah, sorry - our sister property is experiencing the same problem” there was no discussion of a resolution. I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow as there was not one present today during check out. Also, the homeless population in the area is outrageous and we were approached multiple times while walking in the area. I did not feel safe walking alone. I won’t be returning to this area.

Check in was super easy from the start from valet to getting into our room. Friendly staff and clean, modern rooms. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Glad your cafe was open for coffee and pastries. Would have liked room service. They did not clean the room after our first day’s stay. Was able to get fresh towels.

The room was clean and tidy. The TV was terrible. It was hard to work, it turned on but couldn't change the channel, then the channel changed but the volume didn't work. We went to the desk and got new batteries that night and it didn't work at all. In the morning like magic it was working. Not difficult stuff, this should be EASY. The plug next to the bed on the side closest to the bathroom was not working. I didn't figure that out until the morning when my phone was almost dead. The other side worked. It is in a great location and the staff as well as the valet was very pleasant..
