Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining. Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance. Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied. Throughout my stay, they consistently checked in on my needs. The entire experience was very satisfying and complete. Thank you, InterContinental.

The environment, service, facilities, and dining were all quite good, but there were a few less entertainment options. Staying on the 10th floor, I could faintly hear the sound of the waves at night as I drifted off to sleep – nature's white noise, perfect for a good night's rest.

A perfect stay, ideal for families with kids! The huge pool and water slides were a dream come true for the little ones this summer, and the beach was lovely too. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and there were so many activities and entertainment options that we were never bored – we just wished we could have stayed longer!

This trip was spontaneous, with no prior planning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll likely return. First off, during check-in, our room wasn't quite ready. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she got us beach passes and even booked a cooking class for my child for the next day. When we took the kids swimming, the pool attendant diligently helped adjust my child's back float from three layers to two and secured it properly. They also thoughtfully suggested that arm floats might be more convenient and safer. While playing at the outdoor pool, we rented some floats. My child had a blast, trying out all the large and small floats, and even the inflatable dinosaur. It really made their day! Initially, when we got back to our room, we opened the balcony door. Due to the temperature difference and taking a shower, the entire floor inside got wet. Housekeeping was amazing; they promptly brought a drying machine and replaced all our trash cans, fresh towels and bathrobes, and even cleaned the bathtub. I'm very grateful for their help. The next day, they also extended our check-out by two hours, which allowed us to relax in the room a bit longer. This trip was an excellent experience, and my son had a wonderful time too!

We spontaneously decided to travel during the Dragon Boat Festival when the weather cleared up, and we even used a 500-yuan consumption voucher from Guangdong Province, making the price incredibly good value for money during a holiday. The hotel rooms all offer frontline sea views and have their own private beach. My child had a blast collecting seashells, and this peace and quiet was a welcome change compared to the crowded public beach at Dameisha. The hotel's service was excellent; our butler, Nicole, was very responsive and accommodating. The only downsides were that the bathroom light in our room kept restarting automatically – I'm not sure if it was unstable voltage or something else, but since we had already settled in, we didn't bother changing rooms. Also, the service attitude of the staff at the shop next to the indoor pool was truly disappointing; they seemed annoyed even when asked a couple of questions, which really impacts the hotel's image.

Ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival, this was my first time staying at the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort, and the hotel service was excellent. It has its own private beach with very fine sand and clean water. The indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic; my child had a great time playing outside and then moved to the indoor pool. They even offered a complimentary yacht experience, which my child absolutely loved. They said they want to come back again next time! 😄
