An Unforgettable Family Vacation with Outstanding Staff Service! We recently stayed at the InterContinental Shenzhen for a family trip, and it is hands down one of the best choices for families in the city. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, providing the perfect comfortable environment for us to relax. The kid-friendly amenities are exceptional. Our children spent hours at the water park and the indoor ball pit, which kept them fully entertained throughout the entire stay. The dining options were another major highlight; we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the Utopia restaurant, and the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious options that catered perfectly to both adults and kids. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the personalized service. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a wonderful birthday cake! A huge, heartfelt thank you to Dafne López from the staff. She went completely above and beyond to help us, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel incredibly special. We highly recommend this resort to any family visiting Shenzhen!

The Stay was comfortable, pleasant and with good facilities in the property.The room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities. The breakfast was excellent with a mix of Asian, Chinese and international cuisine. It has a kids friendly small water park with a resort type swimming pool. The Hotel staff is friendly and courteous.Highly recommended for families.

Very good view and location. Room is not so big for 2 adults and 2 kids. Big kids club and swimming pool with everything needed. Breakfast is quite good: fruits, eggs, croissants and freshly squeezed juices 👌

We had a great stay, even though we only booked a standard room, we were upgraded to a family room with a large balcony facing the garden and pool. Great hotel with cool outdoor pool with a pirate ship and a great kids area with slides etc. The kids had a great time.  Sadly the kids playground indoor was closed during our stay (apparently always on Wed & Thu) and also only the Chinese restaurant was open.

The hotel very good . The location also good . Specially for family with kids. Because in this hotel hv so many activities places for kids . The swimming pool so big have white sand at the pool so special. Just like small beach. Also very close with train station (OCT) . Close with window of the world and also splendid China folk village.
