Cozy Savvy Hoi An - The Quintessence of Exquisite Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Savvy Hoi An and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We booked a connecting family room, and on arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family, and the bathroom was lovely with both a separate shower and a large bathtub. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Every single person we met – reception, restaurant staff, bartenders and housekeeping – was genuinely warm, friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Emma, Nancy and Hanna on reception, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They always took the time to chat with our four-year-old daughter, which made her feel really special and was such a lovely personal touch. The location was perfect for us. It’s around a 10-minute walk into Hoi An Ancient Town, which meant we were close enough to enjoy everything the town has to offer but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We slept really well every evening. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. We particularly loved the fresh baguettes (which we filled with bacon most mornings!), along with the croissants, pastries, muffins, cereals and fresh fruit. There was also a good selection of salads and vegetables, an egg station where eggs were cooked to order, and plenty of Asian options such as rice and teriyaki chicken. There was something for everyone. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable compared with many of the restaurants nearby. Overall, this hotel struck the perfect balance between comfort, location and outstanding service. If you’re happy with a short walk into the Old Town in exchange for a peaceful night’s sleep, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Hotel kindly upgraded up to connecting room for our convenience. Service is excellent and Emma is very helpful with all the questions that we have. The location is a little far from the old town (can borrow their bicycle) but this also means that it is a quiet area so we sleep very well without the traffic noise (it also has double wall sound insulation 👍🏻). Buffet breakfast is adequate with western and Vietnamese food. Plenty of salad and fruit options. In room has coffee capsule machine in addition to 3 in 1 Vietnamese coffee and green tea. For guests with limited mobility, avoid level 7 rooms as the lift only served till level 6. There were also quite a couple of steps to take from the entrance to the front desk. No universal or usb wall socket so bring your own adapter.

Best is the free bicycle usage!!! we can cycle ard the villages and love the amazing team working on our day of check in especially Tracy (whatsapp no. end with 7023) she assisted me thru the night ...i would love to.go back again
