Amari Phuket

I stayed here because of the samutr bar. Really love the place and i chilled there for two nights.

My stay at Amari Phuket was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a luxury suite on my very first visit. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special and set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Everything about the hotel was exceptional—from the beautiful room and breathtaking views to the spotless cleanliness, excellent facilities, and fantastic location. What impressed me the most, however, was the incredible staff. Every single team member was warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their kindness, professionalism, and constant smiles made me feel valued throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of dining at the restaurants within the hotel, and they exceeded all my expectations. Every meal was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes prepared to an exceptional standard. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Combined with the wonderful atmosphere, stunning sea views, and outstanding service, every dining experience became a memorable part of my stay. The outstanding hospitality and attention to every little detail made this an experience I will never forget. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Amari Phuket for making my first visit so memorable. I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. A truly outstanding 5-star experience!

Stay was good only for the breakfast was poor and variety is less. Most of the food is India Food which is not so suitable for Asia Chinese guest.

We have a pleasant stay amari phuket i for 3 nights on19-22 june 26 beautiful hotel on the hill top. nice environment very quiet and peaceful service is excellent from all the staff. I had birthday surprise when i came back from outing they decorated a a leaf with a happy birthday cake and some beautiful orchids .I would like to say a big thank you from the hotel management. One thing i like to mentioned about the sea front room was very damp and moisture everywhere especially the room floor and wall .need to improve on the toilet showering the water keep coming out from the doorbelow even the glass door is closed and very wet and slippery if without the floor mat.other then that everything is excellent Breakfast was great with wide spread of buffet .i woild like to give a compliment to PLA and ANNIE for their great hospitality and service . I would highly recommend this hotel .overall we have a great stay and looking forward future vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite with Coral Lounge access. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and offered a beautiful view—truly a perfect setting with great vibes throughout. The food was excellent, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. A special thank you to the outstanding team members who made our stay even more memorable: Wawa from the Coral Lounge; Da, Bee, Yui, and Bin from Rim Talay; and Saow from the Front Desk. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team for maintaining the room to such a high standard throughout our stay, as well as to the buggy service crew for their prompt and friendly assistance in getting us around the resort. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful Amari souvenir—it was a lovely touch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return again.
