We extended our stay by one night due to our high-speed rail tickets. I specially bought a bubble tea and had the robot deliver it to our room – it was so fun meeting that cute, square delivery robot! My parents were very happy with the hotel's breakfast; it had a distinct Chengdu Giant Panda theme, with both Chinese and Western options. I really enjoyed the meat buns! On both our check-in day and the day we left, we tried the afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and the 'guilinggao' (herbal jelly) and 'bingfen' (iced jelly) were perfect for the current weather, very refreshing!

Everything are good . Eeay location to Chuxi road. Staff very good assist and friendly. Breakfast like Chinese but more selected item. Room is clean maybe abit old. Total is good and best value.

Centrally located with convenient transportation. The hygiene is well-maintained, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. All amenities are complete, making for a very pleasant overall stay. The breakfast selection is also quite diverse!

The service was great, but the room was really old. The toilet was awkwardly placed right next to the head of the bed, and the shower drain had a terrible smell. We also had an issue with the room upgrade – we booked a triple room but only got two beds.

The room was spacious and clean. It's very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, only about a ten-minute walk away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is super convenient. Getting to the airport or high-speed train station takes about half an hour by taxi. They even offered an afternoon tea, which I sadly didn't have time to enjoy. The hotel is super close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the subway station – you can just walk everywhere. There are tons of food options nearby too! They even gave us complimentary afternoon tea and a non-heritage handicraft experience. We stayed for 5 days straight, and an auntie came to clean every day. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and welcoming.
