I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
The staff were rude and unprofessional. The evening before check-in, we went to the hotel, provided our passports for registration, and the porter assured us the room would be ready the next day at 2:30 PM. However, when we arrived at the specified time, we had to wait a whole extra hour without any apologies.
I must also mention the absurd situation with payment: the hotel refused to accept US dollars from 2013 and 2017, only accepting 'new', practically freshly printed banknotes.
The constant street noise from parrots kept on chains makes a normal stay impossible.
The condition of the hotel and rooms is unsatisfactory: there's mold everywhere, and stains on the ceiling. The room had a persistent, unpleasant smell. The closet door, TV, and safe were broken. The staff did not react to requests to fix the safe and closet.
We made two separate bookings for two days, but we were forced to check out of room 404 by 12:00 PM the very next day. The new room (505) was only provided after 3:00 PM and turned out to be no better than the previous one.
The advertised room size of 19 m² is inaccurate. The rooms are tiny, actually no more than 9 m², even including the tiny balcony. There's nowhere to dry clothes. The shower towels were dirty and had not been changed after the previous guests. In the shower, there's no water pressure at all, and it's either cold water or scalding hot water coming out in a tiny trickle. It's a real challenge.
Our vacation was completely ruined, as was our overall impression of the trip.
