The service was really good, and the breakfast tasted great—better than some Banyan Tree resorts I've stayed at in China. The resort is right by the sea, offering stunning sunset views. The spa experience was also excellent. However, the rooms are quite old. The gaps under the doors are too big, so I spent a lot of time fighting mosquitoes at night. The hotel really needs to renovate. Also, while the hotel is quiet and far from Phuket Old Town, which is a pro for some, it does make getting around a bit inconvenient. If you plan on doing a lot of sightseeing, you might want to reconsider.

Beyond the price tag (which is a bit steep! 😜), there are no downsides. The hotel is gorgeous, and having a private pool and hot tub in the room is perfect for a vacation. During the day, you can explore the entire Laguna resort area by shuttle boat or car.

Is the best vacation ever!! I have the best time to relax and stay there. Also the have the bike you can use them 24/7 also the hotel is next to the beach you always can go any time. Also not far from the airport. What I like the most here is thai stuff they are so helpful and nice. Will be back again for sure 🤗🫶🏻

Everything about this place is perfect. There are so many staff to look after you. The villas are immaculate and offer privacy. Would go again and would stay even longer.

Room, service and amenities are amazing, all staff in the hotel made us felt like home. The villa is spacious and private. We had the best time here and will definitely be back!

Hotel itself was nice, however, location is a bit secluded and "planned development". Hotel is located pretty far from the city center, so visiting old town is a good 1hr to 1.5hr drive away. Around the hotel there isnt much. But if your objective is to just goto a resort, say there and enjoy the facilities and really lay back, not wanting to explore much outside, then it's still a good choice and good value for money
