Staff and service was good. No complaints. Buffet breakfast was also ok for me, not a lot of options but I liked what was there. There’s 3 7-11s in the area near the hotel. Location to BTS: a bit of a walk for me, around 10 mins I think and there are stoplights in between.

The hotel and the hospitality are so good. Special thanks to Joe for his service and for making our stay at Hyatt a wonderful experience.

This a third time that I stay here it always has a good service. Nice stuff . Good breakfast. Easy to go hospital as well . Very convenient. I will come stay in next time .

The closest BTS station is Phloen Chit and Google Map said it's 10mins walk (650m), which we thought it was fine, but in reality, it's not easy to walk there. We had to cross the road which was the entrance of highway, and it took us so long to wait for the traffic light to turn green. Finally, we just followed the local people to walk across it. There are several 7-11 stores near the hotel and the one opposite to hotel is huge. Once walked inside the hotel, everything was good. The staff were very good, and the room we had was great too. Clean, very spacious, and also, they gave us some nice souvenir for my wife's birthday. The swimming is at the rooftop, and there is a small gym facility next to it. but not many people there. We booked the breakfast , and it was served at the cafe at the ground floor. Food quality was good; Standard Western style, plus some local dishes.

Very great smile on every staffs, Thai’s culture and hospitality still the best. They remember every clients, and assist to check upon your grab car arrival. 500m to Phloenchit BTS,2 stations to central world, 3 station to terminal 2. There is a 7-11 in front of the hotel. Everything is great, except there is the only set back with regards the room, I can hear chair pulling noise and table pulling noise from upstairs/next door if someone does that in the middle of the night. It was sleep interrupting. I would like to suggest to place anti-noise patches for all the wooden chair and table for all rooms, otherwise carpeting it, then would definitely be flawless.

We loved how close this hotel is to the Bumrungrad Hospital. It is a 2 minute walk there. If you have Dr appts, it is so convenient. Our room had a frig and microwave which made it so convenient for a week's stay. The service here was excellent and the staff did a great job of cleaning. The breakfast buffet was extensive. So many options. We enjoyed the pool as well. We will be back!

The hotel shows guests name on TV as welcome message which is very personalized and makes the guest feels so special.
