The staff provided excellent service. It's very convenient for those using Bumrungrad Hospital. Parking is easy, and the rooms are new, clean, and spacious.

Top location for burumgad hospital, just across the street. I was there for a surgery and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and useful.

The hotel is pretty good. It's just that when I arrived at the hotel in the evening around 7:30-8pm and I had to wait almost 1 hour for check-in since there was only 1 receptionist for the big whole Hotel (it's a Chinese family guest before me). Besides this, everything is fine for me, and it is so close to the BH that just a few minutes walk to the hospital.
