Nice hotel, location is very close to the hospital, food is good with variety of choices, safety and service including hygiene is at a very good level, in short very good value for money.

Excellent service and cleanliness. Just adjacent to the Bumrungrad hospital. Everything is perfect except breakfast buffet which has very few menu to make choices. My daughter skipped hotel breakfast buffet on some days during the stay.

Staff are very helpful and will proactively ask to help. Location is good and it takes only 7 minutes to walk to the BTS station.

Overall, everything was good, as always. The room was clean, and the reception staff were friendly, with quick and smooth check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. We had requested a quiet room, and while our stay was still comfortable, there was occasionally some noise from nearby areas. At times, it sounded like there might have been activity above us, and we could also hear some cleaning or movement from a neighboring room. It was not a major issue, but it did continue into the late evening. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the service provided.
