Pariwana Hostel Lima

Staff were very friendly and entertainment throughout the day and evenings was brilliant, would strongly recommend for solo travellers. The rooms were very clean, bathrooms weren't the best, however cleaned daily. Breakfast could have had more options as paid for it included and portions were very small.

The hostel itself was located in the perfect area and the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned really regularly. I don’t feel the staff were overly friendly on reception it was very chaotic training volunteers and didn’t ask if I needed any advice or help around town on my first day would have been nice when prompted I got some help. The least helpful and friendly were the tour desk, two different staff members on either day and both as unfriendly and helpful as each other it was as if you were bothering them it wouldn’t hurt to smile. There was lots of events happening for people to be able to mingle but sadly wanted more than drinking games. The sunset walk was a nice plan but to be honest it was wasn’t like an organised thing we just followed a staff member who was talking to another staff member not really caring about the group. The entertainment staff and volunteers were very friendly however though on the top deck.

This hostel is amazing for a first time traveller to Peru, they have walking tours and activities everyday. The foodie walking tour was fantastic and the fruit tasting at the bar was a great way to meet people and try some of the different fruits available there. Alexandra at the reception was amazing and helped out a lot. Would stay again.

During my stay at Pariwana Hostel in Miraflores, I had an unexpected dental issue. The friendly staff spoke English and recommended a nearby clinic. They were super professional and helped me the same day—such a relief during a busy trip. Where do I start my review, well let us start by how easy it was to book and to sign in get your bed and start your vacation or whatever you may be doing. The one thing I would recommend would be to make the entrance a little bit more noticeable as I passed it twice looking for the entrance. Other than that, I can honestly say I only have good things to say about my experience at Pariwana. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the food was very very good and affordable even thou it is in a luxurious are of the city of Lima. They have a well-stocked bar and the beer are good. They do have a beer happy hour where the beers are only 10 sols so make sure to take advantage of it. Friday and Saturday they have DJs and dancing, I can say I had so much fun coming back to the hostel and meeting fun new people. During the week, they have fun activities like salsa and bachata classes, karaoke food tasting and tons of other activities to relax and pass the time. One things that influenced me the most was how clean everything was all the time. How this place runs like the best Swiss watch but with that beautiful Latin flavor we all love. However, the most important thing of all to me was the human factor; the staff really does make you feel like you are at an extension of your home. They listen and chat in a very friendly and accommodating manor and at the same time give excellent service. In conclusion all I can say is that I am one hundred present will be returning to Pariwana Hostel in Lima and where ever other country they have one.

Very clean, friendly hostel at a central location, with abundant events daily. Milagros and the other staff members have been very helpful. It is a lively party hostel so there would be noises till late, nevertheless I slept ok. I felt safe too as a solo traveller.

Pariwana was such a great place to stay in Lima! The area (Miraflores) is fun and lively, with good places to eat and go out. I was travelling alone and there were lots of good activities (e.g. beer pong tournaments) in the hostel to help you meet people. The staff were friendly, helpful, and able to provide good info about activities to do in the city. One staff member gave me some useful tips for taking a city bike trip along the Malecón de Miraflores. Other good points: clean dorms and bathrooms, and a tasty breakfast on offer, which you can enjoy on the lovely rooftop. I would highly recommend!

Great location, helpful staff. Very clean room. Strong wifi in our room, which was right off the lobby. Good security. Luggage storage was helpful. Due to the location on a busy intersection and the nightly hostel events, it can get pretty noisy; but it really didn't bother us. The provided earplugs were great. It was fairly quiet when we went, but still got really fun vibes.

A great stay. Fantastic location, comfortable beds and spacious lockers. Staff very friendly. Was quite loud at night and bathrooms are small.
