The hotel is very clean and bright, with spacious rooms. It's located in the middle reaches of the old town, just a 2-3 minute walk from Hongqiao, a central attraction, and a 1-minute walk from the riverside. This makes it super convenient for transportation, dining, shopping, and sightseeing. The bathroom features Arrow brand fixtures, a smart toilet, and an electric towel rack. The shower water is incredibly hot with strong pressure, making for a very refreshing experience. The only downsides are that the balcony faces a parking lot, which can be a bit noisy, and the sink is too small with no space for personal toiletries.

Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the bustling heart of Hongqiao, just a few minutes' walk from the Tuojiang River, offering lovely river views. It's more of a guesthouse, with decent decor and good cleanliness. There's no elevator, but the staff are very helpful and assist with luggage up and down the stairs. When we couldn't find the hotel upon arrival at the scenic area, a staff member proactively came out to meet us, which was a great touch 👍 Cons: 1. The room is small. 2. Poor soundproofing – we were woken up by other guests talking and slamming doors in the morning. 3. The smart toilet isn't very smart; the flush power is insufficient. 4. The bedsheet near the window had a hole.

The hotel is incredibly close to Fenghuang Ancient Town, just a short walk to the riverside. The owner and front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. The only downsides were the average soundproofing and facilities in the room, but everything else was great.

Staying at this hotel in Fenghuang Ancient City was a fantastic choice, no regrets! The room decor was classic and felt authentically historic without being old-fashioned; it had a wonderful, antique charm. The service was incredibly thoughtful and the experience was great. The staff even helped carry our luggage up and down and enthusiastically explained routes around the ancient city. The location is excellent, very convenient, and close to the riverside. This stay was just perfect.
