The room's cleanliness needs improvement. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the light fixtures. The extra bed in the living room of this family suite was just a bed base with no headboard, and only two pillows were provided, which was very inconvenient. I called room service for two extra pillows around 11 PM, but they took a long time to arrive. I had to call again, and they said they were already on their way. It was past midnight, and I was just about to fall asleep, and the pillows still hadn't arrived. Then the phone rang again, and they told me they had delivered to the wrong room… I was utterly speechless. Finally, the pillows arrived, but by then, I had completely lost my sleep. On a positive note, since it used to be an international brand, the heritage is there. The porcelain and hardware used are of excellent quality.

The front desk service was quite mediocre, but they seemed to have a completely different attitude towards foreign guests. When I called the front desk with a problem, I just got a lot of excuses. It was also strange when someone came up to deliver a key card and kept banging on the door. If you're short-staffed, you can make guests wait or use a robot, but continuously knocking and ringing the doorbell is impolite and unprofessional for hotel staff. The pool was okay, and the hotel's location is pretty good. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Overall, the value for money is decent.

I highly recommend the Ascott Raffles City Chongqing, it's perfect for family trips! We booked a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. The decor was exquisite, and the air conditioning and all appliances were top brands, giving a real sense of quality. The room came with a kitchen and a washer-dryer combo, fully equipped with all the comforts of home, making our stay very pleasant as a family. Mid-stay, we had a minor hiccup where the washing machine door wouldn't open. This happened just as we were rushing to catch an early morning train, so time was extremely tight. After contacting them at 5 AM, a technician arrived quickly and resolved the issue efficiently – the emergency response was superb. Since breakfast didn't start until 6 AM, the hotel thoughtfully packed us breakfast to take on the go, which we could eat on our journey. This solved a major problem for our tight schedule, and this personalized service was incredibly heartwarming. The apartment's location is excellent, making travel convenient. The staff were responsive and provided attentive and thoughtful service. Our stay was perfect, full marks! The whole family was very satisfied. It's our top choice for family travel, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chongqing!

The hotel is located in Yuzhong, and the river view room offers stunning views of the Yangtze River. The hotel's breakfast is excellent, and the room itself is very spacious and comfortable. It even comes equipped with a washing machine, stove, and pots, which made it feel very much like home. We ended up extending our stay for another three days.

The facilities are quite old, and with fewer staff members, the service is noticeably falling behind. The consumables are the absolute basic, and the quality isn't good. When there's a problem, both the WeChat and front desk phone are useless; you can never get hold of anyone.

This hotel is perfect for traveling with kids, especially if you're not a big fan of spicy food. The breakfast was great, the room was spacious enough, and every staff member was incredibly friendly! The hotel is right by the river, and if you take the stairs out the back, you'll find yourself on Baixiang Street. From Fudan Middle School, you can easily walk to the Kaiyuan Road elevator and quickly reach Jiaochaokou. The location is truly excellent.
