Hotel on North

Lovely boutique hotel with wonderful rooms and nice amenities. Close to the tube Would highly recommend!

My favorite place to stay in Pittsfield. Only half mile walk to hospital, so I have stayed there when I had to go for surgery. Friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking. Nice decor. Restaurant in hotel is tasty but an expensive steakhouse, but only a short walk away from other places to eat right in downtown. Breakfast at Otto's is my recommendation.

Lovely “old” hotel, used to be a men’s clothing store, but it has been remodelled into an exceptional place to stay in downtown Pittsfield. Our room was huge, clean, comfy beds, nice sitting area, desk area, coffee/tea area, and shelves of books! The bathroom was huge, clean, and well-supplied. There was a mini bar but we didn’t use it. Private parking in rear with direct access to hotel lobby. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Great place to stay!

Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Shower was large and useful. Staff was a delight.

My wife and I both enjoyed our stay. The decor and atmosphere are very nice. The room was spacious. And the facilities were fun—I enjoyed the sitting area on the second floor with all the books, games, and puzzles.

Charming hotel in the middle of Pittsfield. Love the art, decor and overall fell. Rooms are charming and cozy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Great spot to stay with the kids (playroom downstairs is awesome). Love the touch of complementary coffee/tea/hot chocolate - always beautifully stocked and well maintained with great selection of products.

Our room on the third floor had a small kitchen which really helped once we found very few healthy culinary offerings in Pittsfield. The room was big and airy, with a really nice bathroom. We felt very comfortable hanging out there. The staff was attentive and personable. Housekeeping was very intuitive of our comings and goings. The restaurant was expensive, but tasty and the bartender Kenneth was a character in a good way. Parking was free and secure in the back, fenced in. The neighborhood was a little rough. Probably still recovering from the pandemic, lots of empty store fronts and people experiencing tough times.

Very clean room, friendly staff, and a feeling of being in a “fancy” hotel while still being within budget. The location was great - I enjoyed walking around and felt safe after dark. Easy walking distance from the Colonial Theater.
