Our room on the third floor had a small kitchen which really helped once we found very few healthy culinary offerings in Pittsfield. The room was big and airy, with a really nice bathroom. We felt very comfortable hanging out there. The staff was attentive and personable. Housekeeping was very intuitive of our comings and goings. The restaurant was expensive, but tasty and the bartender Kenneth was a character in a good way. Parking was free and secure in the back, fenced in. The neighborhood was a little rough. Probably still recovering from the pandemic, lots of empty store fronts and people experiencing tough times.

Very clean room, friendly staff, and a feeling of being in a “fancy” hotel while still being within budget. The location was great - I enjoyed walking around and felt safe after dark. Easy walking distance from the Colonial Theater.

Great hotel. Great location. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Andrew at the front desk. A breakfast venue on premises would be a nice addition.

The hotel was even more beautiful in person! Rooms were incredibly spacious and lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great stay would definitley return.

What an amazing Hotel !! Staff were super friendly and helpful The restaurant attached to the hotel was top notch ( live music Friday's) The room was spacious and super clean ( beds very comfortable) The second floor sitting area with tables and games provided lots of evening fun Overall much better than I was expecting, honestly felt like a mini Ritz Will definitely stay again Ohh dotties across the street and the turkish restaurant next to the Y were amazing as well !!
