Sheraton Lanzhou Anning

The service from the hotel's front desk staff and executive lounge attendants was absolutely excellent and very satisfying! The hotel environment is comfortable and elegant, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. However, the 5th-floor pool was a letdown. It's not a very large area to begin with, and it's open to the public, leading to some disorganized pool management. The chlorine smell was also very strong. Additionally, the fried rice (pictured in photo four) negatively impacted the overall excellent quality of the breakfast.

The hotel facilities and services are absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival, the young man at reception upgraded us directly to a suite with an amazing view. We then headed straight to the executive lounge to enjoy happy hour, where the food selection was plentiful and the service was very friendly. The hotel breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied, and the fitness facilities were excellent. The hotel's location is superb; you can access the subway directly from the B1 level, and it's well-connected for driving. A special mention goes to Ms. An Rui (Betty) for her exceptional honesty and thoughtfulness. I left my sunglasses in the executive lounge and only realized it when we were leaving the hotel. She carefully kept them safe and returned them to us. A truly perfect experience! 👍👍👍

Sheraton Lanzhou Zhongbang is truly commendable. I extended my stay for a few more nights, and it really felt like a home away from home – great food, comfortable sleep, and a truly secure and relaxing place to stay. After being out and about, coming back here felt like finally settling down.

The hotel is located right above the Customs House MTR station, which is incredibly convenient for getting around. The rooms are quite new, and the hygiene is excellent. The staff are all very warm and attentive. Plus, the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

We booked a standard suite because it had two bathrooms and we requested an extra bed for our child. The facilities are very new and the service is excellent. The only downside might be the location. As tourists, we would have preferred to be closer to the attractions. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the Mother River Statue from the hotel, and traffic can be slow. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The pool is fantastic! The water is clean, and there's a hot tub. The breakfast is also plentiful.

Had a fantastic stay at the Zobon Sheraton Hotel! The concierge was very welcoming, the lobby was bright, and the facilities were brand new. My room was excellent too! The food at the Executive Lounge on the 45th floor was delicious, and the views were absolutely unbeatable. A special thanks to Candy for her attentive care and assistance throughout my entire stay!

Lanzhou, the last stop on our Gansu trip, finally has an international chain hotel! The location is excellent, making commutes and meetings very convenient. The room was quiet and private with good soundproofing, and overall very clean with new and well-maintained facilities. The front desk and room service were professional and appropriate, responding promptly. Candy (staff member) was very diligent. My comfort level was maximized. A great choice for both leisure and business travel.
