Sheraton Lanzhou Anning

Feeling pretty good, I stayed here for a business trip with my boss, and the arrangements were very satisfactory. The transportation is convenient, and it's also very close to the popular snack street for an evening stroll. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Pretty good! For 500 [currency unit], you can stay at a Sheraton, which is quite a good deal. The environment is also nice. We encountered a front desk staff member named Ice Wei who provided excellent service. He gave us a complimentary upgrade and even a small gift. It was really great!

I have to give a big shout-out to Arina, the stunning beauty at the front desk! She's not only gorgeous but also highly professional and incredibly friendly. She even upgraded our room! The hotel is very new, with excellent facilities and service. Parking is also convenient with a dedicated lot. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again.

Convenient for travel, perfect for concert-goers. The hotel just reopened after a full renovation. The doorman was polite, and the breakfast was excellent, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialty beef noodles. The guest relations manager even upgraded our room for free and gave us recommendations for local food and attractions.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Lanzhou. We were really happy with the room. The front desk staff, especially one of the gentlemen, even gave me a small gift. The service was excellent and very polite!

The service was excellent, and it felt like the staff were very well-trained. The pool water was clean and a comfortable temperature. I hope they can maintain this standard in the future. My personal experience here was much better than at Hyatt. I also really liked the lobby's decor. As a local from Lanzhou, I'll definitely come back to stay and experience it again sometime.
