Atour Hotel Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Square

I've stayed at hotels of all different tiers, but this Atour experience was truly, truly, truly outstanding! First, the location is superb; you can see the Bell and Drum Towers right from your room. Whether you want to go to the Bell and Drum Towers, Muslim Quarter, Sajin Bridge, or other popular spots, you can easily walk there. Second, it's also very convenient to get a taxi for places further away. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. A big thank you to the lovely front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, for being so attentive. Staying at Atour made my days in Xi'an comfortable, convenient for getting around, and truly warmed my heart. Thank you to the staff at Atour Bell and Drum Tower Square branch. I'll definitely be back next time!

Great location and excellent service! The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk even gave us a gift. The roujiamo at breakfast was particularly good. The laundry room was also very clean, and the gym had a full range of equipment. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Right by the Bell and Drum Tower, the location is fantastic for exploring all the sights. Plus, there are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the Muslim Quarter.

The hotel offered a complimentary room upgrade, which allowed for even better views. The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and all the amenities felt brand new. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

This hotel is right opposite the Bell Tower, and there's a snack street downstairs, which is super convenient! The room was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent and attentive! Highly recommend!

The front desk service was excellent! The breakfast was delicious 😋, and the room was clean and hygienic. All the towels and bath towels were individually packaged, which made me feel very secure. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Had a really great experience! The breakfast was plentiful, and they even had congee available in the evenings. The service was fantastic – they helped us with laundry, drying it overnight and delivering it right to our door first thing in the morning. We also got a late checkout, which meant we could get a good rest at noon. Our whole family felt so warm and welcomed. We'll definitely stay at Atour again next time we're in Xi'an.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent. It's super close to the Bell and Drum Tower, Muslim Street, and other attractions, with easy access to Metro Lines 2 and 6. There are also many dining options nearby. It's very suitable for families with children!

The hotel facilities are very new, and the overall environment is quite quiet, so I had a great rest. The breakfast tasted good, and they even had their special 'Zhen Gao' (a type of steamed cake). The location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk from Exit 2 of the Bell Tower subway station. It's very convenient for enjoying the night view of the Bell and Drum Towers, and many local specialty restaurants are within walking distance.
