It takes over 20 minutes to drive from the hotel to downtown Interlaken. It's suitable for road-trippers, with parking spaces right at the entrance. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool. The breakfast is mediocre and average in taste, but the service is quite good.

The room view was truly amazing—the lake, the town across, and the mountains. I could sit and enjoy it for hours.

The scenery is absolutely stunning, with snow-capped mountains, lakes, meadows, and charming chalets all within view. The room is spacious and equipped for cooking, with a microwave and a kettle. Swiss tap water is potable, so if you get tired of Western food, you can buy groceries from Coop and cook your own meals.

This was one of the most memorable and satisfying hotels during my trip to Switzerland. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, about a 10-15 minute drive from the city at the foot of the hill. The scenic mountain road itself feels like a mini-journey. There are temporary parking spaces at the hotel entrance, and the underground parking is very convenient, with direct elevator access to the guest floors – a big plus for self-driving travelers. The lobby is clean and comfortable, exuding a true Swiss mountain hotel ambiance. The adjacent restaurant and bar offer stunning views of Lake Interlaken and the surrounding mountains, especially on a clear day; enjoying a meal or a drink there is simply breathtaking. We stayed in a Suite, which was even more spacious than expected, featuring a separate living room and bedroom, with excellent natural light. My favorite part was the balcony, directly facing the mountains and Lake Interlaken. Waking up to that view instantly put me in a good mood. On comfortable evenings, we could even sleep with the doors and windows open, and we weren't bothered by any insects during our stay. The hotel facilities were also more extensive than anticipated, including a swimming pool, dry sauna, and wet sauna. I highly recommend heading further upstairs, where there's a hidden high-temperature sauna with a secluded feel and a panoramic viewing balcony. It's quiet and less crowded, and stepping out to the mountain view after a sauna is incredibly relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, there was almost nothing to fault about our stay. I also highly recommend that guests staying here make time to visit Niederhorn peak behind the hotel; it's only a few minutes' drive. We didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly fun. The scenery and experience were just as good as other popular Swiss peaks, and it was relatively less crowded. Hotel guests also receive special discounts, so be sure to inquire at the hotel. If you're driving around Interlaken, want to stay somewhere quiet in the mountains, and also desire lake views, mountain views, a spa, and a resort feel, I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

We booked a duplex apartment for a family of four, and everyone got their own bed. The lake view is beautiful, and the best part is the lawn downstairs and the balcony upstairs. Given how expensive accommodation is in Interlaken, choosing this place was a no-brainer.

Located on a hill overlooking Interlaken, the view from the window was great. However, there was no air conditioning, and the summers in Europe have been too hot these past few years. It was just unbearable.

Honestly, I booked this hotel again purely for the view. However, this stay was still a bad experience. First, I had specifically requested a high-floor room in the main building in advance, but they still gave me the lowest floor in the front row. Second, the living room in the front-row rooms is on the ground floor, but the bedroom is in the basement, and since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, the room was incredibly stuffy at night and had a strange smell, making it impossible to sleep. Third, there were a lot of flying insects in the room, with flies and moths everywhere, and the hotel didn't address it promptly.
