We had a genuinely wonderful stay at Saja Al Madina! Honestly, the location is everything—it made visiting the Prophet's Mosque so incredibly easy and stress-free. Being able to walk there in minutes was a tremendous blessing and the hotel’s greatest asset.
But it wasn't just the proximity; the staff made a huge difference. Everyone we encountered, from the people at check-in to the housekeeping team, was professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. We felt genuinely valued as guests.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and provided a much-needed, serene sanctuary after a long day. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and perfectly located hotel for your visit to Madinah, we couldn't recommend Saja Al Madina more highly. Thank you for a truly peaceful experience!

It is quite well known that Saja Madinah is very royal with their guests. We've got our room upgraded *************. They also routinely asked if our stay was pleasant and stuff. The breakfast variety was nice and tasty. However, please bear in mind that there is an ongoing construction right in the front of the hotel and the noise is quite terrible. But it didn't last long.

Excellent location just north of Masjid Nabawi—about 7 minutes’ walk to the women’s entrance at the northeast corner. Clean and comfortable rooms with good internet. Staff are friendly, and service is consistently warm and professional. Ideal for pilgrims seeking convenience and comfort. Close to food outlets and shopping malls.
There were initial glitches when the hotel said we did not have a booking. However, Trip.com agent helped clarify the issues promptly and checked in without problem. The receptionist even upgraded our room.

Staff at the reception counter was very polite and very welcoming. Checking in was smooth. Was given a free upgrade to a bigger room and the room was very clean.
