The location isn't great. Taxis have to take a long detour to get in, and there's always traffic when you leave. It's not easy to walk out from here either. The elevators are always crowded, so you have to wait. There's a construction site downstairs, and Sky100 is also under renovation. It's supposed to be a high-rise hotel with great views, but the room windows are incredibly grimy – the dirtiest I've ever seen! With so many guests, why can't they afford to clean the windows? On the first night, after dinner, we were in the elevator with some foreigners going up to the hotel. When we reached the lobby, someone rushed over and asked us where we were from. We had to show our room cards before they let us go. Why didn't they ask the foreigners? The soundproofing is poor; there was constant banging from upstairs. The bathroom doesn't even have an automatic toilet, the water pressure is terrible, and the toilet paper won't flush – it's ridiculous. It's been cold lately; for the first two days, the AC reached 24 degrees, but after that, it was only cold air. I had to add a bathrobe to sleep, shivering. I definitely won't choose this hotel again.
