I had a great stay as always. I arrived early and I wasn’t sure if the room would be ready, but in fact, the room was already prepared for me according to my preferences. Jackson at the reception welcome me and the check-in went very smooth. He assured me that they have arranged a room to my liking and in fact, I was very happy with the room and the beautiful view. Highly recommend this hotel and many thanks for the warm and professional service.

Excellent stay at JW Marriott Shanghai Tomorrow Square! The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the city. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Aaron for kindly extending my check-out time until 4:00 PM. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out. The customer service throughout my stay was exceptional. Superb customer service from the entire team. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

I don't even need to elaborate on how upscale and luxurious the hotel is. The service is excellent!
