Very bad experience and request a refund. The room was dirty and there was mould in the room. We were given the room in the worst part of the hotel. The room was also not clean and the carpets were dirty. We requested and were declined to change the room. See photos attached. Request a refund for our stay as not happy.

Beautiful Hotel! Located right across the beach and at the end of the tourist ***** so not as crowded compared to hotels located on the center of the *****. The view is stunning. On one side, you get a glimpse of the crater and the beach on the other

We loved our stay! 🌴 The staff was very welcoming, and everything was perfectly arranged. The infinity pool with an ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the live music in the evening created such a magical vibe. A wonderful place to relax everything was just perfect! 💫

Little disappointed that we not told that the cafe & restuarant was no longer there, ensuite is way too small in the beachfront units & wasn’t really that clean

Reasonable hotel but definitely not a 5 star as its rated online, no idea how they got that. Wafer thin windows mean constant noise from outside and from the bar. The pool bar also had events on both nights I was there and there was no access past 6pm unless you got a ticket online which were sold out. Very noisy aircon aswell. All in all just not a relaxing or enjoyable place.
