Absolutely everything about this hotel is excellent, and there were so many tiny details that made it a standout for me. The service was really nice - all staff were happy and kind, and the room included some delicious tiny cookies, free coffee beans to use with the hand grinder and drip device, and a little treat each evening. The entrance is via a coffee shop, that has the best coffee in Thailand, hands down. After the first sip I immediately ordered another one it was so good. Good location, and close to everything this tiny town has to offer - is loved it here and would Absolutely 💯 % stay again next time. Dont bother looking elsewhere. This place is worth more.

I LOVEEEEE THIS HOTEL, I LOVE THE AMENITIES, its super nice and cute also peaceful cuz its on the coffee shop I can get a coffee downstairs and nice pastry 🥐, would definitely come back for a shot night!!!🫶🏻🫶🏻

Very cosy hotel situated above a cookie bakery. We loved the ambiance and the hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel. We only slept one night and check out very early. Very friendly staff and great cookies! One small thing to note is that the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. For a one-night stay this was absolutely fine. We chose the hotel because of its convenient location close to the airport, with plenty of (massage) shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

I loved everything, starting with the friendly and attentive staff, who created a cozy and caring atmosphere. The rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with a thoughtful design that makes the stay as pleasant as possible. It's rare to find a family room with three beds. The adult bed was as large and soft as possible. The child has a full-size bed. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions (White Temple, Tiger Temple) and Krabi beaches, saving time on travel. It was incredibly pleasant to receive a complimentary juice, milk, a bun, and a banana from the hotel. Downstairs is an amazing cafe with the same cuisine and service; no one will leave hungry! Overall, 5/5. Excellent value for money. I recommend the Family Tree Hotel for those who value comfort, atmosphere, and high-quality service at one of Thailand's best resorts.

Thoughtfully renovated space with eco-friendly amenities was good and budget friendly. Spiral stairs to get to hotel area above restaurant was a little challenging but staff helped with luggage. Tasty snacks!
