Best hotellocation and best view from the room we had. The Service ist perfect. The staff ist so kind and helpful. We got a transfer from the train station and a bag with proviant.

The stay was amazing! The lady at reception was so nice and friendly as well. This hotel definitely has the best views in all of Furong!

One word: amazing! Staff is vey kind - take You from station, explain a town and we had a little gifts from them! Wow! Location great! Room with amazing view and very clean.

The waterfall view itself is enough reason to book. However what really stood out was the exceptional service & hospitality. The staff are kind and welcoming and even arrange pickup from the train station! Definitely book this stay as it’s the best accommodation in the area!!

Everything was super! Driver from and to the station is included, the room has a stunning view and has all the necessary stuff. We were gifted with a bottle of red wine, some snacks and a souvenir magnet. Highly recommended

The staff and the hotel view and this beautiful majestic location was the ultimate highlight of our trip!!! Great communication day before arrival to welcome and assist us on our travel there.  They also offered free transfer from station if arriving by train which was so kind of them. Our family chose to get there by private charter from zhangjiajie and they assisted/guided our driver next day to correct location with instructions.  Upon arriving a beautiful lady greeted us and assisted us with luggage as there is a flight of steps down and then up to get to hotel.  She was so welcoming polite warm and friendly and offered us cold drinks and made sure we were comfortable.  The staff then assisted us with our luggage as you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to our room.  Another beautiful staff lady provided us with welcome gift 😍 The whole time we spent there the staff were so accommodating always smiling and happy to help!  Their English was also good.  The views of the waterfall from our 2 bedroom room was amazing.  The room was clean.  We loved our overall experience and warm hospitality.  Outside the hotel is plentiful of food and drinks and souvenir shopping so handy!!!  I asked for assistance for next day departure and they arranged a free transfer to station for us, once again great communication and organisation.  Lovely lady helped us with our luggage to the shuttle and she provided us a bag of snacks for the train 🥰 so sweet and thoughtful!!!  Thank you again for everything we cannot stop thinking about our stay with you best service beautiful staff and the room was just as described with an amazing view of the waterfall and city!!!  This place is is just truly amazing ancient and majestic which I will remember forever!!!.  There is also water activities jet ski speed boat etc which we wanted to do but did not have enough time.  I truly can no Thank you enough Beyond Blessed 💯❤️🙏🏽

It is very beautiful place. The hotel is the best view point to the waterfall. And I got 2 free transfers and a bottle of Australian wine.
