My friend and I had originally booked a city-view room, but it wasn't available. Jamie at the front desk was incredibly kind and informed us that she had upgraded us to a suite for free and even sent up complimentary fruit from the hotel. The view was excellent, and there were quite a few international guests. The location is superb, and our room had both a shower and a bathtub, plus two restrooms. The suite's living room was very spacious – a fantastic experience overall! Hotel guests also receive a 20% discount at the hotel restaurant. My friend and I also went to the buffet at Yi Restaurant on the second floor.

The front desk staff were gentle and patient. The room offered a great river view. Breakfast was delicious, and they even provided complimentary yogurt cups and fruit cups for dessert. Turndown service also included a fruit delivery. However, as an older hotel, it lacks modern smart features. The hairdryer is an old, wall-mounted type fixed inside a drawer, and the curtains are an older model that you have to manually pull, though they do provide excellent blackout. The toilet is also non-smart.

The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, quick to resolve issues, and highly efficient. We arrived early, and the front desk staff warmly allowed us to check in early since a room was available, which was a lovely gesture. The concierge was also very helpful, delivering our luggage to the room. The hotel's location is superb, and the night views are absolutely stunning!

The hotel's location is excellent, offering a full view of the Shanghai Bund. The front desk and waitstaff provided great service, and both the room and bathroom were very clean.

I'm very satisfied, especially with the service. A special shout-out to Xu Zhenzhen at the front desk, who provided an excellent check-in experience. The location is superb, just a few steps away from IFC.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right across from the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Super Brand Mall, and IFC, offering stunning river views. It's incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. While the hotel's interior facilities are a bit dated, the river view is absolutely breathtaking. One minor complaint though: when we got out of the car at the hotel, no one offered to help with our luggage.

The room was very comfortable and cozy, clean, and the service was attentive! Our room faced the Bund, so we could enjoy a panoramic view right from the bed. The Bund at night was absolutely captivating! The hotel's afternoon tea was also a highlight. The pastries were sweet, the fruit fresh, and the salmon sandwiches and tuna mini-burgers were especially delicious. They could even customize coffee to guests' preferences and offered a variety of freshly squeezed juices and drinks for guests to enjoy freely! The afternoon tea was truly delightful! The hotel's breakfast was equally impressive, not only featuring items from the afternoon tea but also Chinese options like steamed buns, fried dough sticks, steamed yams and sweet potatoes, and various stir-fried dishes. They would also pan-fry salmon upon request, which was wonderfully fragrant and tender! Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and convenient, and the service attitude was excellent! They even gave me a gift when I checked out, which I really appreciated! Many thanks to Ashley and the other front desk staff for their warm service!
