Average motel. Great location, but dated and needs renovation. Electrical outlets heavily worn, two light fixtures did not work. You gat what you pay for.

Quick check-in and check-out. Can remain parked in their parking lot if appointments are later in the day of check-out. Twig’s restaurant attached is good and busy place.

This was priced right, excellent staff, they offered excellent service. They stand in a class of there own, my option they offered the best bang for the buck, if your going to the mayo clinic for any treatment this is the best hotel in the area.

The staff was excellent. We were there for a hockey tournament and the lobby was packed with people trying to check in. Staff was courteous and helpful in handling the crowd.

The hotel was close to Mayo Clinic which made for an easy walk each day. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everyone was great. Room was clean. They have a shuttle that runs to Mayo & surrounding areas which was real convenient for us. I have more appointments at Mayo so I will be staying there again. Great staff & House keeping :-)

Breakfast was adequate, more variety would be nice. Central air would be nice as the fans/A-C units were very loud and without them on the room was hot. I did enjoy being able to open windows in the extended stay units.There was no recycling in the unit which was disappointing. The murphy bed was fun.

A beautiful choice if you have medical appointments at Mayo. Very close and convenient. Excellent handicap accessible room.
