This property is very old and is in desperate need of updating. Although the room appeared somewhat clean, the shower was so old it didn't feel clean. The carpet throughout the hotel desperately needs cleaning! The window sheers were torn and there is no room safe. The breakfast was very good and ample. The onsite restaurant was good and convenient. Staff couldn't have been more curtious as well as the free shuttle to Mayo. For the price, this hotel served our purpose and would stay again if necessary(hope not).

We stayed in an apartment type room. It was very quiet. The hotel offered breakfast, there were a lot of options.

Close to Mayo Clinic. The shuttle was wonderful! Staff friendly. Room was clean. Easy parking. Internet a bit slow. Breakfast was so so. Biscuits ice cold. Need a waffle maker.

It was just a wonderful experience and stay. The staff was great, the room was large and comfortable, it was walking distance to the Mayo clinic but transportation was great if we wanted it. Just enjoyable all in all.

Close to Mayo
I appreciated the personnel and helpfulness of the staff when checking in/arranging a shuttle ride.
Also appreciated that there is a gluten free dedicated restaurant on site, with options of room service, dine in, or pick up.
My only complaints would be that there was no way to turn down the wall air conditioner below 70 degrees and the bed was rather hard. The parking lot is not handicap accessible- had to park up a hill behind the building and walk down with my cane and luggage in tow on the driveway. One could be dropped off at the front door but no valet parking so solo travelers such as myself would be out of luck. The other parking lot was across a busy road.
Still, since they are close to Mayo, and that they have floors dedicated to patrons with pets, I would stay there again.

Adults highly recommend, family not so much
Hot tub was broke, Arcade machines had doors off and would eat quarters. Location was great but the amenities were not what I expected. Great place for adults, not kids.

Great hotel!
The pool was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking was a little strange, but we found a spot each time. We stayed at 6 different hotels on this trip and the pool at this hotel was the best maintained, the best temperature, and was the largest.
