Great location, but it can get quite noisy at night due to the street. The bathroom's plumbing doesn't seem to have sound insulation; you can clearly hear toilets flushing and showers running from upstairs. There were also homeless people near the entrance. However, it's very convenient for getting around and shopping, and the flower market is right downstairs.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam, anything you like to explore is just a bike ride or walk away. Breakfast is top notch, I would definitely stay here again.

To our pleasant surprise, the room was very new! We were located on a back alley, so it wasn't noisy at all. Room service wasn't as slow as we expected either. We were traveling with a child and they even provided a crib. However, the housekeeping service could definitely use some improvement. I guess it's understandable since it was peak season. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

Very clean, convenient location. Just like the pictures online, very satisfied. I recommend choosing a river view; the street view is also beautiful. Slippers and toothbrushes are provided, which is more comprehensive than other hotels in Europe.

The location of the hotel was great and very convenient. However, the room was quite small, and housekeeping was disappointing. We stayed for four nights, and the room was cleaned only once after we had to request it. The parking area was also far from the hotel, which made it difficult to carry our luggage, especially as we were traveling for our honeymoon. Overall, the location was the highlight of our stay, but there is definitely room for improvement in service and convenience.

Located at the heart of the historical area. Extremely great location. Walking distance to many attractions such as flower market just next to the hotel, museums, canal river boat, cycling, night district plus many lovely restaurants surrounding. Room is fine for a family of 3. Had an extra bed set up. If you skip your room cleaning on the day then you will have a complimentary drink voucher which can be used at the bar. There is a car park next to the hotel where u can park. Just get information about the car park entry from the front desk. Staff are very helpful and kind with smile. Bike rental available. Front desk may also assist in arrange sightseeing suggestions and ticketing! Warm services. Nice breakfast! The exterior of the hotel is nice! We’d love to come  again during our next visit!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly easy to get around. The lobby is elegant, and the room was spotless with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the bellhops were very thoughtful. The bathroom had strong hot water and a full range of amenities. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to everyone! 👍
