Facilities: Typical Japanese hotel standard. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Quite good. The front desk assigned us a sea view room, which was absolutely stunning! Service: The staff were friendly, although there wasn't much room for bargaining. They even thoughtfully checked the local weather forecast for us.

We loved our stay at Hotel Enoe Hakodate. The hotel is conveniently located for local things to do, including climbing Mt Hakodate, taking the cable car, visiting a local onsen, visiting the red brick warehouses and running along the water. There are also lots of lovely coffee shops, shops selling products by local artisans and bars nearby. The all you can eat breakfast was a highlight - everything was super fresh and tasty! It's a 20min walk to Hakodate Staation and the bulk of restaurants, but we enjoyed the walk.

The hotel is new and clean. There’s a free lounge in the evening where you can enjoy sake, non-alcoholic drinks, and coffee. It’s located near tourist attractions and is all within walking distance. My family and I had a great and wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again if we ever visit Hakodate.

New hotel 3 tram stops from Hakodate station. 1100 yen by taxi. Ealking distance to ropeway. Nice new hotel, specious room . Hotel has eashing machine and dryer .

Hotel Enoe is a distance away from the station (need to take the tram), but close to the Bay Area where most of the things to see in Hakodate are located. Walkable to the red brick warehouses, churches and the mountain cable car station. Really liked how clean and huge the room was, with an open lounge with free alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks as well.

Good location, just three mins away from tram station. It’s also easy to get up to the mountain with cable car if you don’t have a car rental. The brick market is also near, walking distance between hotel.

The breakfast is excellent, varied foods and drinks from Hokkaido are here. The taste was great. The service was very good. All staffs are kind and polite. There is Happy Hours to drink many drinks during 15-22 p.m.. Milk is so delicious. I recommend to stay in this hotel.
