Amazing vibes! The whole team is very helpful and nice. Special thanks to concierge Dhaher arranging transportation for quick but almost complete iconic AlUla, and helps with drivers and car from Banyan to Red Sea👍🏼 The smile of all Philippine team says eg Grace , Jazza .. is supper 😎 Chef of Waffle Pancake section is super wonderful and I can see everybody likes him 🥰

One of those hotels with an impeccable location. It's truly impressive to have built such a scenic hotel amidst this desolate and unique landscape. However, the facilities definitely need improvement. After checking in, I discovered there was no hot water in the room, and it took several visits from the engineer to fix it. Overall, it's still worth a stay.

The hotel's location is a definite highlight, absolutely stunning. However, it's crucial to arrange transportation with the hotel in advance, otherwise, an Uber ride will cost you an arm and a leg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the signature Banyan Tree essential oils felt like an amazing bonus in a desert hotel. Overall service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Of course, there was one disappointment: the mountain pool was closed due to a safety issue with falling rocks.

Definitely the most beautiful Banyan Tree in the world! Since we traveled during the off-season, we didn't experience the slow shuttle service that some people mentioned. The service across the board was excellent and very responsive. We booked a room with a pool, and every morning, the little one's first order of business was swimming. There's a big temperature difference in the desert between day and night, so you can enjoy a bonfire and stargazing in the evening. They also have other room types perfect for family trips. The Thai restaurant is a bit pricey, but it's worth trying at least once.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hygiene was excellent. We had a delightful view overlooking the Malaya Concert Hall. The staff were incredibly friendly. On the night we checked in, our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, and the handsome guy at the front desk even used his own car to help us find the taxi driver – we were so grateful! The canyon swimming pool was also a nice highlight.

Both Banyan Tree and Habitas are located within the same resort area, which also features another major attraction: the glass-walled concert hall, a must-visit in AlUla. The hotel rooms are very spacious and come with a pool, offering exceptional value for money. The room amenities are comprehensive and luxurious. The Thai restaurant's dishes are delicious; it was truly the best restaurant experience I had during my trip to Saudi Arabia.

Facilities: As expected from a well-established hotel, the rooms are spacious. Everything was great, except for the hairdryer which was a bit old. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Canyon views. Service: They proactively upgraded our room, we could order a bonfire at night, and they offered free shuttle service to the concert hall.
