This doesn't feel like a Ritz-Carlton experience. There were no brand welcome amenities or evening turndown gifts. While it's close to the beach, it's a bit far from the city center attractions. The partial sea view wasn't great. Room service food was delicious, but housekeeping was slow. I left at 2 PM for cleaning and returned at 5 PM to find they were just starting. I called the front desk to request a late checkout until 2 PM, which was refused. When I tried to ask for 1 PM, they hung up on me. Very rude!

Really loved this hotel. The location is excellent, with a view of the marina and the sea from the window. The hotel staff are simply amazing – the reception, the waiters, and the service staff are all incredibly friendly and will even guide you to your destination within the hotel! Fantastic job! The breakfasts were incredibly varied and everything was delicious. We also dined at Mr. Perez’s restaurant, and it was extraordinary! I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Located by the sea and a park, it's convenient for a stroll or a run downstairs, although the beach can get quite crowded. The room itself is relatively new, but there's a slight lingering smell from the renovation. The breakfast wasn't really to my taste, but overall, all the services were quite good.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel .The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya.  We loved our time here and we are so sad to have left and wish we could be there longer. The service is excellent too. We love our time here and can’t wait to come back !
