Clean nice people at front desk

I wasn’t informed that renovations were being conducted on the property. It was very disconcerting, trying to get into the property because the signs weren’t clearly marked. Also, they were went and clean my room like I wanted to clean and brought clean linens so no I wasn’t happy.

Totally understand that they are under construction and things are big time awry. Parking lot and parking spaces where a hassle and temporary security lights that were in the parking lot were lit during the day and not lit at night which made the security of my self and vehicle a little worrisome at night. Inside of the premises were perfect and every aspect of that were also great.

Man at front desk announced my room number real loud while staying there by myself. Room seemed dirty. Construction in front of building for new hotel was so loud.

The hotel didn't have my reservation so I was stuck without a room. And the hotel was full. I showed them my confirmation number. How ever ******* never updated the information to the hotel

We were in the area for a funeral service and found everything we needed in the same area. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The full breakfast was very good and the staff in that area very friendly. There’s construction in the area, but parking was available.

The breakfast was very good....room was very clean. I would stay here again. Little trouble with parking, as new construction was taking place in front of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly.

Quick easy check in and out; front desk assistant was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just right, coffee was delicious! Room was very clean and comfy; plenty of room to walk around.

Everything was extremely wonderful except the parking. The breakfast is lacking and the property is under construction outside. Their CSR Cheryl was beyond courteous and professional. She gave us directions and suggestions for restaurants. What a beautiful and courteous person and an asset to the property/staff. We'll definitely be back.
