Recommended The best hotel in old city mardin, the only problem is very close to the main road with restaurants so it can be so noisy in the night but not after midnight

The perfect Ottoman hotel with a friendly staff, great comfort and amazing vistas. Basically just what you need for a great stay in Mardin. Loved the little tea terrace with a view of the busy street and the roof top terrace too. Everything felt just right.

The hotel is located at the heart of the old Mardin city center, located on a sharp hill town. The stone-built hotel reflects the historical heritage of the city. It is walking distance to the archeological museum (must-see) and the historical shopping district. The rooms and the facilities are generally very good, the breakfast and the food served at the roof-top of the hotel are above average (could be better considering the rich cuisine of the region). We plan to visit Mardin again and look forward to stay in this hotel again.

I feel bad giving a 1 star rating as the hotel itself is lovely and the location is excellent and terrible at the same time. Excellent because it central to everything in the old city and terrible because unfortunately, there is a rooftop bar exactly opposite playing extremely loud music EVERY night until 1:30am! It’s very noisy even during the day (because the hotel is on the main road) there’re lots of honking cars and shouting. We did not sleep for the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was adequate, our room was cleaned daily, the staff friendly and helpful.

Konum olarak Eski mardinin in en işlek caddesinde ve görülmesi gereken bir çok yere çok yakın.Sadece araba ile geliniyorsa park yeri sorun olabilir. Odalar şık temizlik iyi kahvaltıda çeşit bol. Resepsiyonda bulunan Sevgi hanım ve Ahmet bey müşterilerle oldukça ilgili ve yardımsever.Sevgi hanım Eski Mardinde gidilecek yerler konusunda daha az yorulmamız için bize en makul rotayı dahi yazılı tarifledi Herşey için teşekkürler

Otel eski Mardin’in en işlek caddesinin üzerinde yer alıyor. Merkezi bir konumu var, Ulu cami, zinciriye medresesi, mardin kalesi gibi yerlere çok yakın mesafede. Ortalama bir otel, kahvaltısı kötü, temizliği fena değil. Mardin’de teraslarda canlı müzik yapıldığından ve otel de bu mekanlara çok yakın olduğundan oldukça gürültülü oluyor. Uyumakta oldukça zorlandık.

3 gece konakladığımız odada hiç temizlik yapılmadı,havlular değişmedi.Tuvalet kağıdı olmadığı için gece aşağıdan istemek zorunda kaldık.Otel işletme müdürüne söylediğimizde yetersiz çalışan olduğunu söyledi.Otelin konumu hariç hiçbirşeyi güzel değil olduğunu söyledi.
