Lotte Hotel World Gangnam

The room facilities are quite old; the shower is in the bathtub, and the curtains are manual. Hygiene: Good, but the towels had a sour smell, like disinfectant. Service: The staff were polite and nice.

Great hotel! It's located in a mall with super convenient subway access, making it even easier to get to Lotte World. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was cleaned perfectly every day. I really liked this hotel and will definitely come back next time. It's so convenient!

Some of the facilities in the room were a bit old. This time, our room had a view of the amusement park. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel is very large. It's directly connected to Lotte Shopping, which makes shopping very convenient. Lotte World amusement park is also very close, which was the main reason we brought the kids here this time.

The service and environment are both great. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected, it didn't feel particularly old. The view was also nice, and it's very close to the subway. Both the front desk and room service were excellent.

The room wasn't huge, but the window offered a direct view of Lotte Tower and Seokchon Lake. The soundproofing wasn't great though, as I could hear children playing outside. On the plus side, there's an airport bus stop right nearby, which was really convenient for my last day of travel.

Twelve years ago, I stayed at the Lotte Hotel in downtown Seoul, and the service was exceptional even then. Revisiting Korea after all these years, I once again chose Lotte Hotels, even though the downtown location was fully booked. This time, we tried the Lotte Hotel World in Gangnam, and it was just as excellent as before. Everyone we encountered was incredibly smart, with fantastic service attitudes and fluent English, making communication a breeze. They were also very efficient. While the room wasn't huge, it was neat and clean, and most importantly, they offered family rooms that could comfortably accommodate older children. Even in the hallways, cleaning staff would greet us politely, and the bellhops were quick to help with luggage. Classic hotels truly stand out! The best part is the direct access to the subway, Lotte Department Store, Lotte World Department Store, Lotte restaurants, and various Lotte entertainment and tourist attractions. It’s truly a one-stop shop! Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose the Lotte Hotel in Gangnam again; I actually feel it's even better than the downtown one!

The rooms are spacious and spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding, a wet-and-dry separated bathroom, and high-quality toiletries. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive, panoramic views of the city. The facilities—including the swimming pool, gym, and spa—are comprehensive and exceptionally well-maintained. The breakfast offers a great variety, featuring both Western dishes and authentic Korean cuisine with exquisite flavors. The service throughout was detail-oriented and prompt, truly reflecting the hotel's care for its guests. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a short trip, this is a top-tier accommodation choice in Seoul. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Korea. Highly recommended!
