The hotel is located at the southernmost end of the domestic departures area (Exit F), about a ten-minute walk from departures Exit A. The room size is quite large for Japan; it's clean, fresh, and tidy, though the windows cannot be opened for ventilation, so cooling and air circulation rely entirely on the air purifier. The breakfast is just so-so.

Located in Terminal E of the domestic departures, this area has more shops and is much livelier than the international terminal. It's absolutely perfect for a layover if you have a late or early flight. However, if you don't need to arrive super early, taking the JR to Chitose city offers better value for money. A great perk is that a complimentary hot spring bath is included with every stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I got the same room type as last time. The hotel is a bit older, but the room is spacious and relatively quiet. Besides being a bit pricey, there aren't many downsides. The air conditioning is a little loud, but it's acceptable.

Perfect location — the hotel is directly inside New Chitose Airport’s Domestic Terminal, which made our last night in Hokkaido so convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our luggage. We loved being able to walk straight to the airport shops, restaurants and souvenir stores without needing any transportation. The free access to the airport onsen was also a great bonus. Staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Highly recommended if you have an early flight or want a hassle-free stay at New Chitose Airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Entrance of hotel near to Domestic Departure. Just ask service staff at airport for directions. I find the price of accomodation but well the location is really good. The room is compact and I have a good night sleep. The Japanese breakfast is good if your expectation is not high. Free entry to onsen at level 4.

Right inside the airport, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. New Chitose Airport is definitely worth spending a lot of time exploring. The room was quite spacious too; opening three or four suitcases was no problem at all. We could also use the airport's hot springs for free, which was very relaxing.
