Inglewood House and Spa

Beautiful setting and lovely period wooden clad reception rooms. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room had few issues which should been addressed before arrival, all but one resolved during visit. EV chargers on site which was handy.

This was a great find! I’d gone to the Japanese garden at Cowden and wanted somewhere to stay the night relatively locally. The hotel had great character and was such good value. Everyone was so lovely. I had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent value and a great facial in the spa. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website.

I was not in the spa. Breakfast was not so good, very simple. Not many choice. And what my surprise was that I had to pay extra for warm things.

Felt like Royalty!!! Very clean and friendly staff... Wish we would have spent more than 1 night there.

It was just a bit grim. We had a family pavilion which was fine for a student but frankly for an adult pretty rubbish

Based on stay in Woodland Pod, not the main hotel. Staff - 10/10 Facilities - 7/10 (shower lukewarm and WiFi issues with TV) Cleanliness - 8/10 Food - 9/10 Sleep - 7/10 Would stay again as have been before, but would probably stay in main hotel next time.

Loved our room, very spacious, the staff are always very helpful.
