This hotel, located at a ski resort, was used during the summer. They offered a good variety of amenities. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, which was nice. For the price, I think the value for money is excellent.

The location is par none. Rooms are a little dated and the carpet was very stained. Wear the complimentary slippers and enjoy and fantastic ski resort with wonderful, kind staff.

This hotel is right next to the ski resort. The snow quality is excellent, and on a clear day, you can even see Hokkaido across the Sea of Japan from the summit. It seems that over half of the guests are international visitors. I didn't encounter a single foreign guest who was loud or bothersome. The staff all appear to speak both English and Chinese. While the variety at the buffet might be a bit limited, they do ensure it's always replenished. The food is tasty. Disposable slippers are provided, but they're very thin, so you feel the cold directly. I saw many people who had brought their own flip-flops.

This venue is old and super tired but clean and in a good location to access the ski field. Staff seem unhappy and not friendly. The food is TERRIBLE and some of the worst we’ve experienced in Japan. It’s not value for money and we won’t return. Next time we will stay in Hirosaki and transit daily for the ski field. AVOID.

Wonderful ski-in and ski-out location at Aomori Spring Ski Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with dedicated ski lockers for each guest. Food was a catered buffet which I feel can be improved. The dishes weren't particular delicious but neither was it bad, just mediocre. If you have a chance to book the Sukiyaki meal, please do! It has an additional fee but is totally worth it.

We love the view from our room on the 7th floor. The free wifi is fast in the room, around the hotel, and in the restaurant. We had buffet dinner and breakfast included room rate. We enjoyed both meals. All travelers must added meals with their room because there is no restaurant or convenience stores within 10km radius. There is a gift shop and convenience stores located inside the hotel. We recommend this hotel; and we’ll come back again.
