Rockwood Hotel & Spa

I stayed here on the 23rd, and the hotel staff were extremely polite and accommodating. While I do wish they could do something about the crowding during meal times, the part-time student staff members provided prompt, poised, and professional service that left a very favorable impression. At check-out, my companion unfortunately lost the room key, but the hotel staff managed to find it for us. They were so kind and helpful throughout the ordeal, and I am deeply grateful. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us. One minor disappointment was the layout: the elevators are positioned in a way that makes the public baths and restaurant quite a long walk from the rooms. Also, the temperature of the open-air bath was far too hot to relax and soak properly. Apart from those points, the food was delicious and the price was very reasonable. If I ever visit Aomori again, I would love to stay here.

The food was delicious, thank you very much! The starry sky was amazing and the onsen (hot springs) were enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here at least once.

This hotel, located at a ski resort, was used during the summer. They offered a good variety of amenities. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, which was nice. For the price, I think the value for money is excellent.

This hotel is right next to the ski resort. The snow quality is excellent, and on a clear day, you can even see Hokkaido across the Sea of Japan from the summit. It seems that over half of the guests are international visitors. I didn't encounter a single foreign guest who was loud or bothersome. The staff all appear to speak both English and Chinese. While the variety at the buffet might be a bit limited, they do ensure it's always replenished. The food is tasty. Disposable slippers are provided, but they're very thin, so you feel the cold directly. I saw many people who had brought their own flip-flops.

Quiet, friendly staff, and highly recommended, especially with Mount Iwate nearby.
