UH Suite The Seoul

Clean and comfortable, would stay here again. It's just a few minutes' walk to Seoul Station and close to the Airport Railroad Express (AREX) gates, super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to Namdaemun Market, and you can easily walk on to Myeongdong from there.

Great location if your itinerary is centered around Seoul Station. It's very convenient to take the AREX direct train from the airport, and there are also plenty of other transport options available. Lotte Mart, Daiso, and other stores are right across the street—just a quick cross over the big road. However, the only nearby convenience store is a 7-Eleven, which is about the same walking distance as going to Lotte Mart. The room is the size of a modern compact apartment in Taiwan 😂. We could only fully open our suitcases in the living room area. Check-in is on the 9th floor. If you order food delivery and don't specify a floor, it will be left on the 9th floor. The Wi-Fi password is written on the room card. The room comes with a microwave, tableware, and two small refrigerators. The AC units share a single remote control, but they can be turned on individually in both bedrooms and the living room. The TV has YouTube. The outlets include both round and flat pin types, so remember to bring your own charging cables. Very suitable for families, though the beds are a bit on the small side. However, the sofa is very comfortable and can also be used for sleeping. Cons: - The washbasin is quite small, so water easily splashes everywhere. - The towels have a very strong bleach smell. - The toilet paper roll is placed too close to the toilet, so be careful not to scratch yourself.

Compared to other large hotels, UH Suite feels a bit like an Airbnb. It's very quiet, yet it's conveniently located with easy access to subways, buses, and convenience stores. The hotel has a unified, permanent front desk, and rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and bottled water is replenished. Normally, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. However, I arrived an hour early, and since my room was already ready, they kindly allowed me to check in. The room has a fantastic view! 👍 At the front desk, there's a gentleman who speaks Chinese and a lady who speaks excellent English. They provided crucial and clear assistance for my trip to KTX. Because I had already researched the station route, I also helped other Chinese guests with the same needs, and the lady at the front desk even gave me a candy as a thank you. So sweet! ~~~ Overall, it was a great experience. ~~

The room was very clean and tidy, and the bed was large and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. There were chopsticks and spoons, but no plates, which would have made it even better if they had been provided.

We were a party of four, but we got upgraded to a six-person room, and the view from our 10th-floor room was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is also super close to Seoul Station, and there's a bus stop nearby, making it a very convenient location. The staff were all very pleasant too. I'd definitely want to stay here again!

The front desk staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it's a suitable choice for a short family stay. If you're not looking for extensive facilities but prioritize a private bath, location, and cleanliness, this place is worth considering.

Excellent, perfect for a family trip! The location is super convenient, right across from Lotte Mart. We stayed for five days straight and will definitely come back again.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The suite is small but exquisite, with all the necessary amenities. It was a pleasant surprise to find front desk staff who spoke Chinese, and the service was superb.
