The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the hotel’s location is absolutely perfect. The scenery is simply stunning, and the fantastic infinity swimming pool is a major highlight of the stay, and visiting the SkyBar is an absolute must-do for your bucket list—the views there are spectacular. As a small suggestion for improvement, the room’s sound isolation could be slightly enhanced to reduce occasional noise from outside or the floor above. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I had a fantastic stay!

Great location, just a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion shopping mall. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of dishes, and they even changed up many items over my three-day stay. Room service was excellent, and all the amenities were well-stocked. The two king-size beds in this hotel are very spacious, and the hygiene is excellent. The mini-bar also offers a great selection of drinks, and they even asked us the next day if we wanted a refill.
