EQ Kuala Lumpur

This was a truly wonderful hotel. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. I found it very convenient to receive a facility guide written in Japanese. All the drinks in the minibar were complimentary and there was a good variety. The shower pressure was good, and the hairdryer was powerful. The poolside view was also lovely, and above all, the warm jacuzzi was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I also visited the rooftop bar on the 51st floor; the views and service were great, and a staff member fluent in Japanese kindly chatted with us and took photos, making for a truly wonderful experience. I sincerely hope to stay here again.

The breakfast selection was extensive, and they didn't rush to clear things or stop refilling even when it was close to closing time. Since my flight was late at night, I requested a late check-out and was allowed to check out at 3 PM, which gave me more time to enjoy the hotel facilities during the afternoon. That was excellent. All the staff members were very good at providing various services and assistance. The location is indeed very convenient, right in the city center, but you should also be aware that traffic jams can be frequent there.

We came specifically for the sky bar, so to avoid rushing around, we booked two nights at this hotel. However, the sky bar has an age restriction, not allowing anyone under 21. So, my child ultimately couldn't get in and just took some photos from outside before we left. The room facilities were good, and the bedding quality was excellent! Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, with an unbeatable location and unique, stylish decor. The service was very attentive. The view from the 51st-floor bar is absolutely stunning, and from the 29th-floor infinity pool, you can even spot Malaysia's tallest telecommunication tower. Fantastic, I'll definitely book EQ again on my next visit!

The guest demographic is mature and quiet, and the bar is good. Even as an in-house guest, you can get an outdoor table on the same day. The hotel pool doesn't face the Twin Towers directly, which means fewer ladies posing for photos and a more peaceful environment for guests. Downside: Long waiting times for taxis, especially during peak hours when drivers refuse to take rides. The road across is often jammed for a long time, and traffic lights take forever.

The overall environment of the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff have a good attitude, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is great, and the 51st-floor bar offers excellent views of the Malaysian night sky, including the beautifully lit Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. I would definitely stay here again.
