This hotel was just everything. The room was clean and functional, small but that’s a given in Hong Kong. The staff were super friendly and the terrace and gym were so great. Location is also unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Great location and the service was very friendly and attentive. The staff were helpful and the overall stay was comfortable. One thing that surprised me was that the hotel doesn’t provide sanitary pads for guests in urgent need. it could be a small but thoughtful addition, especially for female travellers who may need it unexpectedly.

Great location nearby many eateries. No pool only gym, but spacious gym. The room is considered moderate sized for Hk standards, clean and well maintained. Recommended,

The location is pretty good. Downstairs, you'll find Wa So Ice Room and Capital Cafe, and you can even grab a late-night meal at Ichiran Ramen. It's about a seven to eight-minute walk to the MTR station and Causeway Bay malls. It's a shame the room is small, and the bed isn't great either, but the main issue is that the bathroom is tiny. You're practically facing the wall when you sit down in there! 🤣

Lovely stay! Hotel provided coffee machine, 2 bottle of water each day and a small refrigerator in room, but no minibar. Full size bed with nice pillows. Although room is comparatively small but it’s still very comfortable and tidy. Walking distance to Causeway bay shopping area. All staffs are professional, energetic and attentive. 2 restaurants and gym!
