Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa

I called the day before check in for about 2 and asked about early check in knowing that more than likely I wouldn’t get it since I booked third party but the guy told me to call back the morning of and he would be able to tell me. I call about 10 and my room was ready!!!!!! I really appreciated that! The room was clean and my view was the golf course which I loved. The nightly bagpiper is always such a lovely part of the evening. It was a perfect trip.

Inside pool I thought was supposed to be heated was cold plus the hot tub by the indoor pool was not up to temp.

The parking was easy and secure. The staff was friendly. It was a nice experience

Everything was great! It was my first stay at The Renaissance and it was more that I expected. From the grounds to the room everything was emasculate. Every staff member I encountered were nice, friendly and helpful. They were concerned about your comfort and your experience. There were lots of food choices at the restaurants, live entertainment at the bar, quiet spaces, and even a bagpiper at sunset.

The resort is beautiful and the rooms were a nice size and very clean. The staff was wonderful except for one bartender with an attitude.

Sheets were dirty which they accommodated with giving me new sheets to change upon check in. Would have liked for someone to have shown more concern rather than a quick fix to prevent this from happening again.

Everything was wonderful…the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful to me!!

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of major attractions.”
