I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everyone in the lobby was very friendly and welcoming. They kindly helped me with my luggage whenever I needed assistance. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were always helpful and attentive. When I checked out, they helped me carry my belongings to the taxi, which I really appreciated. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My second stay at Carthage Thalasso went very well. The room was quiet, and I really enjoyed my time there. The only negative point concerns the telephone service, which unfortunately isn't always up to par. The first time, I asked for a taxi, but the fare wasn't confirmed beforehand, and I ended up paying a very high price. The second time, I asked for water because the bottles hadn't been replenished for two days, even though housekeeping had cleaned the room. The receptionist's response, around 1 AM, was simply: "We don't have anyone to bring you water at this hour." Despite this, I really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast, which was truly delicious. I have a good overall impression of my stay and look forward to returning next year.

Big Resort was a ghost town. Staff are not proactive in their services. Yes they greet you but that's about it. Water from tap was brown on my first day. No tooth paste and brush. No room slippers. No robes.

To be honest, I used to visit with my family in previous years and the service was excellent, but it seems their services have declined since the end of summer. The breakfast now doesn't even reach the standards of a three-star hotel. The cleanliness is still excellent, but you'll be negatively impacted by the reduced service due to the distance to the shops. I ordered water three times and unfortunately, it didn't come.
