Citizenm San Francisco Union Square

The location was absolutely excellent. It had great access to public transportation, including the subway station and cable car turntable. There were also relatively few homeless people around (though not none at all), and having a guard on the first floor made it feel very safe to stay there.

The hotel is very close to Union Square. The self check-in was quite convenient, and there was also a front desk staff member on hand to assist. You can control the room's facilities with an iPad, which is pretty new, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but if you're traveling solo, it's not a big issue.

The location is convenient, with the tram stop right in front. Security guards are at the entrance keeping an eye on things. Check-in is on the third floor and is self-service. The only downside is that you can't store your luggage after checking out, so I had to pay for a 4-hour late check-out.

This hotel is well-managed. There's a self check-in and check-out on the 3rd floor, and the security guard at the entrance is very welcoming. This is a chain hotel, with locations in both San Francisco and LA. It's right in downtown San Francisco, very close to Union Square, making it super convenient for getting around. The window view is also quite nice.

This hotel must have been recently renovated as the facilities are brand new. The room's lighting, music, temperature, and curtains can all be controlled via an iPad. The hotel is also very close to the subway station and the starting point of the cable car.

The hotel is located near Union Square. There are some homeless people in the vicinity, but they are not aggressive. It's within walking distance to places like Heytea. BART and bus stops are also conveniently nearby.
