Conrad Xiamen

A great hotel with excellent service and views. The facilities are comprehensive. I hope they can add self-service laundry facilities. The air conditioning in my room wasn't the best, but it was acceptable. They promptly addressed the issue and offered an apology gift, which was very nice.

My stay at Conrad Xiamen was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Jerry from the concierge team! He was incredibly efficient, friendly, and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. He even recommended some local hidden gems, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The room view was breathtaking, with an unobstructed high-floor window looking directly onto the sea – the Xiamen nightscape was particularly stunning. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right in the Shimao Twin Towers, making its location super convenient and close to everything. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xiamen and will recommend it to my friends.

Our butler added me on WeChat in advance to ask about our room preferences. They arranged a sea-view room for us with a great view of Xiamen University. The room was spacious and clean. My husband and I were in Xiamen for a concert, and the concierge arranged a shuttle bus for us, even preparing mosquito repellent patches and cooling patches, which was incredibly thoughtful. The butler also helped me with a late check-out. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the service was superb. The gym was also fantastic, with a full range of equipment. I will definitely choose Conrad again next time I visit Xiamen.

Xiamen's iconic landmark. You can enjoy sea views and Gulangyu Island while bathing, watch the sunrise and sunset from bed, and admire the illuminated city lights. The hotel offers a dedicated butler service. Special thanks to Conrad's Gemma and her team for arranging a discounted late check-out, having the restaurant wait for us when we missed meal times, providing travel recommendations, and offering a daily stew tasting. I enjoyed a spectacular sunset 🌇 here. The Conrad's location is truly exceptional, making travel convenient with many great restaurants nearby and attractions within easy reach. I'd especially like to thank manager Esther for her patience and efficiency, as she helped me change rooms twice due to some personal circumstances. I'll definitely stay longer next time; I haven't had enough of Xiamen yet! 🌹

An absolutely fantastic stay! Immersing myself in the cloud-level sea views was pure bliss. The high-altitude perspective of the Twin Towers is truly unique, and the orange sunset in the evening was incredibly healing. The room was spotless, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. It was so convenient to go downstairs for shopping and dining, making sightseeing a breeze. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Xiamen.

Extremely satisfied! 1. I originally planned to check in and drop off our luggage before taking my child out, but my child fell asleep on the way 😂. A big thanks to Gemma for contacting housekeeping. Even though our reserved room wasn't ready at around 12 PM, she found another room for my child to rest in. I'm very grateful! We were also allowed a late check-out until 1:30 PM today. They truly tried their best to meet our needs when it was possible. 2. The front desk staff didn't constantly push for room upgrades, unlike what some other reviews mentioned. They didn't even bring it up once. 3. The room was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the large bathtub was, as always, my child's favorite. Photo 1 is the city view room used for resting, and the back is the sea view room.
