Conrad Xiamen

Staying at the Conrad Xiamen, I was first impressed by the view, and then by the service. I didn't add the butler on WeChat during check-in, but later, Butler Isabella messaged me to inquire about my stay. She was very patient and asked if anything was amiss. I also loved the hotel's hand soap and asked about the brand. I truly appreciate the hotel's service and will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you for the excellent service!

Facilities: Quite new and good. Hygiene: The room was very clean, a big thumbs up. However, the hotel windows were too dirty, which really affected the sea view. Environment: The overall environment is quite good. Stepping out of the elevator into the lobby was truly a delightful surprise. Service: I stayed here for Jolin Tsai's concert. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the venue during the concert period, which was really excellent! They also provided a thoughtful 'warmth gift bag' including bottled water, hand warmers, cooling patches, mosquito repellent patches, and electrolyte powder. As bus seats needed to be reserved in advance, the hotel proactively added me on WeChat to inquire about requirements and information, which was very good. The hotel is right by the sea; a short walk leads to the beach, Shapowei, and Nanputuo Temple. Xiamen University is also nearby. Very good, I'll bring my kids next time. I think the breakfast was delicious too! Even my friend, who usually doesn't like satay, thought the hotel's satay noodles were tasty.
