Location was great as it was near Termini and another metro stop. The highlight would be the breakfast. Lots of hot and cold options including pastries and some local dishes.

The clerk is helpful but the room is pretty small. There is no blanket but only the sheet cover on the bed, which is not warm enough. The bathroom is good but the shower cube is relatively small. There was an alarm warning at the midnight which is bothering me.

Very decent budget hotel in the heart of Rome! It is less than a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini which made getting around very convenient .

My travel plans changed, and my arrival time in Rome was delayed. I contacted the hotel 10 days in advance to try and change the dates. I was even willing to cover some of the rescheduling fees. There were clearly still rooms available for the same room type on the new dates I requested, but the hotel firmly refused. I had to book a different hotel. I'm so glad I didn't stay there, because I chose a better one.

Nice place, less than 10 min from the central station. The area is fine. Breakfast is good, the only uncomfortable thing was the elevator — there's only one, small, and old elevator for the whole hotel...

Really nice basic hotel, with friendly staff. Slight issue with the breakfast not being included on my booking, but that got resolved very well through trip. Location is great, not far from the main station - Termini.
