Mercure ChongQing JieFangBei HongYa Cave

This was my second stay, and it was just as good as the first! They even met all my requests prior to check-in, which I really appreciated. The environment and transportation are both extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this Mercure again if I have the chance to visit!

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and many attractions. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is also good.

The location is super convenient! Delicious Street is right downstairs, and it's only a few hundred meters from Jiefangbei. Hongyadong is also just around the corner. A queen room with breakfast for 400 during peak summer season was a great deal. I guess because it's a city hotel, the rooms are a bit on the small and narrow side. The self-service laundry was excellent; the dryer got everything perfectly dry in 40 minutes, much better than my one at home. My only complaints are that there are too few washers and dryers, so you have to wait a long time, and you can't really leave while doing laundry, I had to run back and forth 5 or 6 times. Also, there aren't many elevators, and they stop on every floor, making them quite slow. Other than that, everything else was great!

The front desk staff were very thoughtful. They prepared a welcome gift and proactively offered slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere.

The room was great and the location is excellent, right next to Hongyadong. There's a street full of hotpot restaurants, and you can't go wrong with any of them. The customer service was also very good, and the room was clean. It's perfect for a family trip, highly recommend!

I brought my family to stay here again, and it was just as great as always. The hotel is located right next to Hongyadong Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a highly-rated hotpot restaurant right downstairs, which guests can check out if they're interested.

I was very satisfied with the service, and it was quite convenient to get to Hongyadong. They also gave us some snacks. The breakfast was good too, with Chongqing noodles and wontons, and they tasted great.

The room was great, fully equipped, and in a prime location. Everything was within walking distance, so there was no need for transportation. Free parking was also a big plus! Thumbs up! 👍
